Garlands Fine Dining team is led by Christopher Garland:
After serving in the Royal Navy for fifteen years and reaching the rank of Petty Officer Chef, Chris was regularly called upon to use his skills to cater for members of the Royal family and many foreign dignitaries.
Upon leaving the Royal Navy he gained three AA and two RAC stars at The Ship Hotel in the theatre city of Chichester. Chris then became the Head Chef for the Jaguar Formula 1 team, travelling to each circuit and catering for drivers and V.I.Ps, including the King of Spain, the cast of Oceans Twelve, David and Victoria Beckham and many more.
